BTC Levels

What is the typical highest CL at BTC currently. Do they cap out at certain CL levels? Also how easy is it to transfer from BTC to another location like Middle East or US?

Must be pretty easy to transfer out of Jndia based on the number of Indian Expats in Midland and Houston!

Go to Chevron, that’s how you transfer. Do yourself a favor and jump for greener pastures

CL 26 usd vs CL 26 rupees is the.
difference
CL pay usa> CL pay India not equal
So a CL 20 in usa is making the same usd as a CL 28 in India.
Cost of living
I don't care if I am a CL 17 as long as I make a certain amount of pay. I would be a janitor or clown at exxon for 200 k usd a year

Also, there is no “capping out”. Roles carry a CL range, thus there needs to be global roles large enough to carry executive CL (30) or above at the BTC. Right now very few exist at BTC, and where they do it is filled with an expat. More will come over time, and eventually it’s likely we see a local or two make exec. Just like in KL, Thailand and other areas around the world.

No local executives yet that I know of. Maybe one or two CL 29s. But likely 28 is current ceiling. There are many 27s, as the advancement guide on its own is pretty quick and gets many there quickly. They used this to help bring pay commensurate to competitors. But it requires +1 (sometimes +2 depending on function) to get to CL 28, and most 28s compete globally versus locally, so much more difficult to get to 28 and 29.
