Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

You wanted this and you will get it. I will go out of my way to not do my job. My team is already short staffed they cannot get rid of me. I will now slack so damn hard you have no idea. You have become a burden to me so I will do the same back. My goal is to get fired or lay’d off so you can’t threaten me at all really you’ll just be giving me what I want. The vast majority of people in office I speak to will probably behave the same because we really don’t care. Congratulations Fiserv!!!! You have created a culture of employees that will not bat an eye at client requests and will leave early and come in late till we are put on PIP’s or lay’d off. This is going to be fun. Feels like the last month of school now and the grumpy principal has no power over the kids who don’t care. Maybe if I get enough pizza parties I’ll stay! Oh yea that will help, while you are at it hire someone cool to talk to us 😂, oh yea great idea that will help. Fu--ing buffoons.
