Thread regarding NetApp layoffs

President Cesar travels all over the world for selfies

Cesar sure likes to travel and take a lot of selfies.
Nice post of him on LinkedIn celebrating LNY in Asia - S Korea, Japan, Taiwan, etc.
Lots of travel for a company stuck at 6B for the last decade. Interesting priorities Cesar, go Microsoft!!

I want to say thanks to President Cesar for traveling all over the world, taking selfies and not meeting sales targets. Stock price took a dive after Q3 earnings.
Go Microsoft!!

He looks like he is wearing a napppy. Does he even look in the mirror before leaving his home?

Another one is coming at the end of the fiscal. Consulting hatchet job again. New jobs and renaming old ones.

His org does the most layoffs. They are also the most strange and arbitrary. And if we had more revenue- Cesar‘s job- we wouldn‘t have to keep laying people off to prop up the share price. Cesar at the superbowl does not get us sales. He should be living at customer sites. Instead, he will bring in consultants to rubber stamp reorg after reorg after reorg. The next reorg should be at the highest levels.

Cesar fail = layoffs

While I agree with all the comments, what does this have to do with layoffs?

President Cesar sure likes to travel, home office in Spain (I think).
Don't matter, he's never there.

Definitely the most worthless we have had in charge. We do this stupid 49ers sponsorship and F1 cr-p just so he can travel around and so selfies. I'm not sure if you could possibly be more out of touch.

Looking for people to blame no doubt. He needs to look in the mirror and at the 2 Microsoft ghouls sitting at his feet.

NetApp leadership allows this to happen for unknown reasons. But lets go ahead and introduce a new performance rating system and get rid of the bottom feeders.

6B for the last decade. Incredible how the leeches from the other companies come here to bleed us dry.
