Did anyone else have issues with the ESPP not making their purchase for them?

There are annual limits in place. If the limit is reached, any excess funds will be fully returned in your January paycheck.
It only buys twice a year and then is created on the following payday.
Won’t see another purchase till first pay period after 7/1.
