If you didn’t walk on water this year, don’t expect a bonus.
The bonus maybe being laid off.
Meetings with your mgr are expected by end of this coming week. No idea what the percentages are. I am sure it will be some BS.

Maybe next year we will do better and you can get part of your bonus. (All stock that vests after 15 years)"
Bonuses are funded at 85%.
