Fire NXNE/NEX's Katti/Lingham and all the good for nothing PEs, Senior PEs (making $400K+) doing grade 8 work.
Revenue is abysmal but the # of VPs, PEs, Senior PEs are surging in NEX. Some simple layout and Floorplan guys are now PE w no patents or significant contributions! Getting by brown-nosing
The layoffs have continued for both performance reasons and to meet revised 2025 targets, which align to the current guidance.
Might be a Workday feature available to a select few, plus HR of course, that is enabling them to evaluate and select the bottom performers based on AI.
Amazon has gotten the most press about this, but other tech companies have been implementing these features, and it is not just coming from Workday either.
I'd suggest that everyone who wants to remain employed get real focused on being productive. You know all the time wasted doing things that are not work related.

Layoffs have never actually stopped, just slowed. My BU lost several folks after the large round in November. From what I've heard, similar packages were offered.
