No need for strikes. We all just need to quite quit. Just do the bare minimum within your 9hr workday. They want us to quit so they dont have to pay out any packages well dont make it easy for them. Let them fire associates. I mean who can’t use a few months off this summer with unemployment.

Udemy all day. No more off hours support from me or even booting up when I heyy home
We made Fiserv a great company and during the Pandemic from home we worked excelled beyond expectations productions and service to our clients. Right after my vacation they called me in to advise me my position was was removed due to new technology implemented "AI". They provided a nice severance package which was appreciated. Unemployment benefits was not enough. Short 2 years from retirement, I have yet to find a job like the one I had there. Fiserv was like a family, and if the ideal of meritocracy were true, I would still be there at Fiserv .That should always be a lesson for anyone employed at any company one has served for most of their lives. Like a cheating spouse you find out you are no more needed and dismissed. So save the meritocracy BS for others. Great ideal, one that was not practiced when they decided to let one go. And as an abusive spouse hoping they call you back to work.
You can quiet quit all you want. I will be building my work ethic and skills. Fiserv is not going to get the best of me - I will take them somewhere else as soon as there is a minimum on my resume.
you are quite quiet. let’s quit! 😂😂
How did you spell it wrong twice? 😂
Quite? I believe you meant "Quiet". Another fiserv DEI hire I think.
