I'm not sure why the terminally re--rded are downvoting my post about most STEM graduates not working in STEM. Not just offshore, the H1Bs onsite are equally subpar in both aptitude and communication but CVS wont lay them off because they are cheap $$$
@aa+1jkh030h4 put another way: there have been far, far more US STEM graduates per year than US STEM jobs for quite some time.
@aa+1jkh030h4 you're not wrong but outsourcing is a cost cutting measure. Anyone who has worked with outsourced "talent" can tell you that these people are functionally re--rded. American accounting, finance, computer science, engineering, etc. graduates are smaller and more trainable. Companies are pushing jobs overseas to save money and because there are no physical or legal consequences against this type of subversive behavior.
That's because our educational system is not at the level that foreign educational system is in Math and Science. Our educational system is based on video games, tiktok, facebook, social media, fashion, large cars, big houses, g-ns, complaint after complaints. Americans are getting d-mber by the day. Kids these days can't add, subtract, multiply, or divide the easiest numbers without pulling out a calculator. They don't know much about science (chemistry, physics, biology, material science, etc). All colleges focusing on math and science are filled by foreign kids, cause our kids want to play video games and use the Chinese TikTok application where they don't care about the Chinese surveillance and data collection. So stop complaining and get yourself and your kids back into school. How many adults these days can pick up a geometry book or algebra book or calculus book and do the math? How many adults can pick up a Chemistry book and do a problem at the end of the chapter? I know immigrant family parents can.

A week or two ago the CAO announced several hundred accounting/finance jobs going overseas to Accenture. The controllership organization is just the start, they will be looking at other areas outside of controllership that can "benefit" from outsourcing.
