CSEP status at Dell Ireland does not affect the percentage amount for increase

Does CSEP status affect the percentage amount?

There isnt a standard % increase.

Standard practice is you'll get 90% to the midpoint for that role. Each grade has a salary banding (50k - 70k for example).

First of all, well done for getting a promotion. Its as rare as finding the bowl of lucky charms.

It depends on where in your pay bracket you were. Last year my manager told me that a promotion would have yielded me less than the annual payrise that I achieved. How truthful this is I will never know since Dell appears to cloud the pay brackets for each role in mystery.

Be careful. They will try to ride you bareback. Question everything. Remember they do not want to pay market rate. So demand market rate plus
