In the past some get offered early retirement. Does anyone know what the difference is between severance and early retirement offer?
All JG levels have severance packages, based on years of service. Go on HROne through Maxwell and search for "Severance." The pacakge details are listed in Appendix B of that PDF
Is this severance package only available to managers or low level employees too?
