Apa used to work better without functional leads, if they vanished nobody would miss them, any chance of cost cutting eliminating those directors with high salaries?

Blood bath comes last 2 weeks of February… middle management is being hit this time just as bad as the individual contributors… they sacked 33% of the execs to set the tone… if you make it to March, things will settle down… Accounting and IT are gonna get butchered… there’s going to be a big change in the asset team reporting structure… the “stated” goal is 10% - 15% reduction in workforce but also looking to cut 25% of total G&A dollars… Field personnel expected to skate by for a change… Legacy CPE folks will be spared because Change of Control still applies up to a year if let go… The old Apache is now dead, RP would have lost his mind, even SF would have intervened… JC is just placating investors while MM is ki-ling this company…
