Highly volatile asset. The elector can determine how close you can drill from populated areas. APC lost a large % of future drilling locations because of this. Let that be someone else's problem. Focus on the Permian...You sold your soul for it.

Thought the Permian was the 60 billion dollar cash cow... All it takes is a voter initiative to extend the setbacks and Wattenberg is out of business. Time to sell.

Colorado is a political minefield. With the current drilling setback distances from populated areas, it is getting tougher to drill. Sell it and give them the headache.
