Does anyone know how promotions work in audit? My people manager does not do one on ones and she is beyond checked out. Thanks.

I think you have to move out of state and work remote to be a leader in TAS.

Your manager is not alone, most of us are checked out, we have been beat on for years now since DJ retired. I would talk to her and ask for 1:1s; but don’t get your hopes up depending on what level you are. DD brought in so many incompetent horrible managers and ran off all of the good ones, that there is not much direction in promotions anymore. We can only hope Grant gets rid of all of those FODs (friends of DD) still left so maybe we can get back to having good leadership. I am so glad to have MK back, maybe the other good ones DD ran off will comeback too.
If you are new to TAS, good luck, you will be as miserable as the rest of us in no time if Grant doesn’t start cleaning house.
