There’s a big push globally to scrutinise the utilisation of field personnel. The message is pretty clear, the departments showing low utilisation of personnel will either have to cross train or they will be made redundant.

Poor education. No understanding of basic economic principles or financial assessment. No understanding of wealth creation, raising finance, modern marketing and sales methods, how to manage projects, how to motivate employees, etc. The mgrs are just mwd hands who only know how to collect data for clients to analyze and who think the biggest safety message is to hold handrails on stairs.

There is no growth in the UK and the OFSE equipment would be best transferred to Norway which is where there is growth. Goodbye Grangemouth & Goodbye Stoneywood!
