Without true transparency and real trust building at every level we will fail. The iron fist only works for a temporary blip in the overall health of a company.

I do not understand why the Dept of Transportation secretary position goes to non-civil engineers. I do not dislike Sean Duffy. He is no less qualified than Buttigieg or Chao.
