Sounds like Hitachi Vantara ambush-style
Why are they forcing to resign rather than terminating themselves ?
They did this once they realized they could not fire 20% of the company under “hey guys don’t tell anyone we’re laying you off or we’ll take your severance” and people wouldn’t discuss it with others. Also that they ambushed those who did - “1:1 Catch up” placed on calendars, no other invites. Joined call, RECRUITER (not HR) is present, immediately terminated.
I am absolutely disgusted at Sprinklr. The company and product is failing, so they blame it on everyone but CSuite
