Thread regarding Rockwell Automation Inc. layoffs

Layoffs after earnings call?

Will there be layoffs after the Q1 earnings call? Is Blake actually done as CEO after Q3 or is that just a rumor?

I cannot imagine more layoffs!
More likely hiring freeze plus “silent” retiremments

The fy25 q2 earnings call will be in mid May 2025. The impact of all tariffs have not worked its way through the supply chain yet.
I dont see more layoffs happening but I see that many folks will be managed out and their roles not backfilled!

Many high performers have left or are about to retire! Mexico and Cambridge plants may be in a lot of trouble.

The q2 earning call is in mid May 2025.
The financial performance is the key paramater that determines the depth and breadth of cost reduction efforts.

I anticipate a lot of stealth firing/ managing out employees especially for US and Canada. The carved out US roles will reappear in India and KTW.

The layoffs / RIFs create too much splash and markets do not like that!

The Q2 shipments are light.
Everyone talks about tariffs.

Whats next?
Any rumours of layoffs?

The Q2 revenue forecasts do not look too well. The threat of tariffs is not helping. Any rumours on layoffs this quarter?

The Mexico and Canada plants will be in the spotlight.

Will there be layoffs any time soon?

Heard some rumors that Mexico and Canada plants may be in risk of closing down? Tariffs are not helping

I haven't heard of any layoffs yet, just some voluntary quits and a couple retirements who have had enough of this place.

The Q1 earnings will be presented on Monday, February 10th. The EPS/revenue etc are much lower than expected. Layoffs, quiet firing, forced retirements… All options are on the table?

RA can eliminate so many managers and directors, DEI hires, and other executives without any negative impact to the financial performance. On the positive note, The fact that RA can sustain so many parasites tells me that RA is financially really strong. Is RA still part of the snp500 bundle?

Dora’s the pope sh-t in the woods? The other question is, who does limp di-k Blake blame
? Scotty g? Bobby b? Tessa who is hunkering down like a turtle? Or Arvind. Who smiles about all his equity that Blake can eliminate in one meeting. If you are young and smart, leave!!

The company announce its earnings results before the market opens on Monday, February 10th. The layoffs are possible and probable! The EPS is lower than expected.

Don't they usually swing the axe prior to earnings? So they can brag to the shareholders they are "cost-cutting".

Maybe layoffs tomorrow and/or Friday with earnings call on Monday.
