For almost everyone that was RIF'd in December, our last day at Solventum was January 5. According to the severance agreements we signed, out lump-sum severance payments were supposed to be made 30 days after our last day. That deadline came and went yesterday and nobody has gotten their payments yet. HR has not responded to any requests for updates. #sketchy

I'm not in the US, but received my payment on 14th January.
I received my lump-sum severance payment on 2/14.

Any update on the severance payouts? Hoping they came through for all!
According to HR -I called this morning
- the severance payout has been delayed until Feb 14. I heard from another coworker that they were told "14th at the earliest." The company gave us no notice of the delay. Hopefully it won't be delayed again.
We just called HR, and they said the payout would be on February 14th. The b@stards.
