Thread regarding Broadcom Corp. layoffs

Investors are not happy with Symantec

Symantec’s performance under Broadcom is raising red flags among investors as the division continues to bleed money. Once a dominant force in enterprise security, Symantec is now losing major A-list customers.

Rather than retaining its stronghold in the large enterprise market, the company appears to be shifting its focus toward small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)—a move that has left investors questioning its long-term viability. So many are wondering if Symantec is still the powerhouse it once was or if it’s slowly becoming a liability.

Is this the beginning of the end for Symantec as a leader in enterprise security? Let me know your thoughts.

Stop crying about your RSUs and move to another cyber security company.

HT had an interested buyer for CB. The deal broke down and did not close. At this point, there are no interested buyers for CB. Now, the goal is to market "old sh..t technology" with "older sh..t technology" to have a complete "end to end sh..t cyber security portfolio". Wake up. Customer are not going to invest in this technology and the existing customers are trying to move off as fast as they can.

While losing your RSU is unfortunate, holding onto resentment or frustration can take a toll on your health, resulting in a double setback. I encourage you to focus on moving forward and channel your energy into positive actions."

Ashes to ashes, dust to dust and all that.
