How the organization balance between the above three things will keep the investors happy.. as it shows more predictable financial reporting; reduces business disruption; helps in planning selective talent retention;
Point is layoffs were always part of the game, only difference is for the first time ever, the magnitude of layoffs are huge and this will continue to be so for a while.. so buckle up and enjoy the ride.. the whole RTO and 5 days a week facade is a phycological game, MD and JC are trying too hard to rock the boat to see how many will jump off.. instead of being juvenile I’d appreciate if MD showed some trust and respect to his employees..
