They cut all the people that were building functionality in Germany. Engineers, Quality Assurance, Product Managers, Doc writers Automation engineers... All gone. Some of these people were actively working on those initiatives mr CEO is mentioning in the article, he-l, they were the domain experts.
No official communication other than the news. So no one can tell right now.
