Strategy teams and board need to be upended, there is no urgency or contingency planning, only failure after failure, retreat followed by retreat and shuttering of many disruptive initiatives, Intel needs to simplify and deliver something/anything at half the cadence. Stop making perfection the enemy of good enough and get something launched early. AMD design incremental improvements are eating Intel's lunch in all market spaces, Good thing TSMC is capacity constrained...

Jaguar Shores is supposed to be better but it’s hard to feel confident about it.

No lessons learned? No opportunity to reiterate and come up with something meaningful? Just a waste of time and money?

What do you expect with the kind of leadership running Intel's DCAI and the Strategy Office?
