Never forget this is your life and you are already living it
After I was wfr’ed, i finally saw how miserable Dell is. I was working like a dog out of fear of getting laid off thanks to multiple rounds hitting my colleagues and the constant signalling of more layoffs to come)
The volume of work was brutal due to absorbing work from fired coworkers. Stupid strategies and customer unfriendly changes left us off balance and struggling to do the right thing.
It was wretched, and my health was suffering. Since then, I’ve lost 30 pounds, my skin is healthier, anxiety is lower, I’m sleeping better, and I have a better job at a non-evil company.

You’ve got disease at the top. Get rid of that disease and the rest of the company will be fine.
Stay strong. Play by their rules. They care zero about you or your wellbeing. There is no such thing as corporate loyalty. Do there bare minimum to look like your doing a job, say all the right lies in meetings. I do not care about Dell anymore but if they are willing to pay me for the supposed "work" I do, I'll take it while I work on my projects
