Fritz took a dump on all of us. Every manager I’ve seen at UP is struggling to make things work due to the decisions made by Lance.

My fav answer to the question they ask “what can we do to help you do a better job?” My answer every time is bring back the headcount we had before PSR. Every time they just look away, they might mumble something, then walk away. Finally a manager said something different, he said “prioritize whats most important then do the rest as best you can when you can”
We were floored, this manager is a well known hard nose S-B. Even he couldnt keep up the charade and lies this time.
I agree managers are more worried about agreement employees making more $$& than them when u sit in a office I wouldn’t pay managers what they getting now just a bunch of losers
Any manager I've seen so far isn't struggling at anything, because they're not doing anything besides sitting in an office! I'll give credit where the credit is due, but the many locations having problems have the same type of management. The management tries something new, and blames the worker when the plan fails. Long story short, the management needs to be reevaluated NOW! There's too many managers who are constantly trying to impress the uppers when it comes to the business. Put the current management in the field out there with the rest of us, and let's see who can actually do the damn work that they're in charge of. If you can't do the work, then it's BYE BYE! I don't want to sound like I'm defending Fritz at all, because I'm not! All of the problems all started with him. The current management CANNOT be excused in any way. They're the ones that are still running with it.
