The board has done nothing except firing karen. Company is still a mess and leadership doesn't seem to have any answers.
I liked how in their eyes the most important issue/question to address was about DEI. Not layoffs, not crp bonuses. Not HOW we are actually going to combat all the problems in this rotten industry. DEI.

If leadership is a-ok with 95 percent accuracy, then why are stateside employees required to meet 98 percent. This companies greed, horrible leadership and offshoring cost them their reputation and their employees futures.
Oh he-l, there were witnesses to toxic behavior from an ED and that person's directs and their friends. Its so bad, its legend. Anyone stand up to it? Nope. Cowards.
Zero Tolerance for harassment???? Really! I have an executive director that abuses people in public on a daily basis. Complaints over and over by many people and this company does nothing about it. He is still here soul crushing the department. No more words. Do something to protect you employees from these horrible people.
