If you need copies of your PTO balance or anything from the system, do it the day before you leave. That way it won't matter when they take access.

Take this to heart and heed my advice- if you think you might be laid off, act like they are going to pull your access the second the meeting is done. Sometimes they let you ride it out, but I’ve also seen where people were cut off immediately. Resume, job descriptions, tax documents, contacts should all be gathered so you don’t lose them thinking they will give you time to get them.
Same day.
I know for certain I had access thru my last day on payroll. During that last two weeks, I didn’t send any work related emails or access any “work” systems other than what was needed to gather my personal things, references, etc., and anything “HR” related for next steps. I didn’t get the box to mail things back for a week or longer, but I disconnected everything the minute my time was up and never looked back. Congrats on being pardoned from that hellhole. I hope better things are to come for you. My mental and physical health is better for being gone.
Depends on the perception of you. Most of the time last day you are on the payroll which would be 2/6 for most this last go round. Every time I have been voted off the island at other companies in the past I suddenly become deaf d-mb and blind the day I get notified and no want or need to access corp equipment.
I would expect it to be at the end of or during your exit announcement meeting with hr
