I got laid off in Feb 2024 after nearly 9 years. After the fees/taxes and stuff I got a lump sum of $23000 and health benefits for 6 months
Anyone know any details on a severance package for layoffs? Do they give 2 weeks per year served? Do you keep your health insurance during that time?

For my education, what exactly is a C-Level leader? And I do feel like more layoffs are coming very soon. More folks let go, more work for those that "survive" to take on. It's a brutal cycle and I feel like it's almost a matter of when, not if, I am one of the casualties. Just hope they give me a decent severance package and don't require me to work a month after laying me off on a group Google meeting. 😂
The last survey lead to the mass lay offs in August.. "your voices have been heard" I don't trust the leadership nor mckensey
August is safe it seems.
Can confirm considerable lay-offs in February and again in May,June and July. Perhaps even in September or October time frame again. Things will become very rocky and unstable. Buckleup.
I have heard this will once again include middle management, sales and support positions. word is mostly in the U.S and it will happen this month. Good luck to all of us. Its going to be another nightmare.

The survey is all questions related to management communicating the new strategy. Nowhere to be found are questions such as “I feel supported by my manager”.
Nowhere on the email does it say the survey is anonymous. It says it is confidential. The URL is linked to our specific email address.

If you believe it's truly anonymous you're fooling yourself. I was an open book and typed how the company has gone to cr-p. Morale and culture has degraded past repair.
The chief level leaders really need a gut check and look at what is happening. I'm sure MKinsey will not share the bad criticism.
I think this survey is a load of cr-p. They dont want to hear any bad news. Our leader made it clear to us we had to get it done or he gets in trouble. Like i dont have enough to do already then waste time on this stupid survey. But dont worry its anonymous. They wont be able to tell who complained. Here comes the next round.
Maybe they need another excuse for layoffs thru this survey? Morale of the employee is already super low, they will know it through this feedback soon. Leader need to identify a way to their employee raise and promotion they deserve
