Apparently they're finally announcing layoffs in EU. How many people are they letting go in each country and from which departments ?

"Jobs moving to America specifically where they have favourable yes men and women"
LOL
The invites coming from HR or Business?
Horrible faceless organization. Consultation is a joke Cargill not bothering even to try and look helpful. They want to get rid quick. So much for people focused. They could t care less
Ah yes, 'people first'...as long as those people aren't employees.
I have heard that they do not offer voluntary exits. That seems to be unnecessary inhumane since the layoffs seem not be performance related. Maybe McKinsey advised Cargill not to do voluntary exits because then generally speaking the high performers arte more likely to make use of that.
For those whose roles are at risk, is it possible to opt for a voluntary exit with a severance package instead of waiting for the consultation process to conclude?
Town Hall kicked off this morning totally ignoring the elephant in the room and goes straight to a Diversity moment. Tone Deaf.

Already communicated positions at risks in Uk, Belgium, Spain, Italy.
France ongoing this week, other countries to follow.

Heard its over 200, but not a lot of details yet.
No news so far except Spain. Most EU countries still did not receive any information on layoffs
Can someone comment if this is true?
Spain knows
