We’re no different than any other human beings. We care for those around us and want to do good in the world. We just seem to have less and less good moral leaders. Our leaders are all cookie cutter MBAs out to take their piece of the pie focusing only on shareholder value. Also If you have retirement account, you are just as complacent. Welcome to fall of empire. This is what it looks like.

I agree. I need a higher purpose of working for a company that does some good in the world. I’ve been fortunate and lucky to work for various companies that did that. This is the first time in my career where I feel the same. I am just worn out of due to rifting, political leaders, whiplash initiatives and strategies that go no where. We’re continuing to shuffle the chairs on the Titanic.
