The problem with Dell ISG is that now Dell IT people are taking over, Dell IT or legacy Dell SVP, VP and Sr. Dir and Dir doomed Dell IT. look at the dell digitel so many people there in Harsh Acharya Team and he runs it like a Mafia. He wont hire any bright people in that group who can bring fresh ideas and all the people under him just taking hafty promotions and salaries and just "Yes Man" to him no layoffs in his group. All south indians spreaded like a virus and doing all kind of fraudlents activity in the name of temple donations which is matched by Dell. All bright people been laid off in CSG, ISG and now you only have "Yes Men" . If you dont fall into that league you will be out no matter how much domain knowledge you have.

Currently the problem is with Dell and not employees. Many of us have variety of experience and yes we all write good code. Dell does not know what to build and did not provide any good project. Eventually could not bear the burden of the cost and laid off several good engineers. We will find something and I am not too worried other than that such situation is with many companies. On top of that there is hype of AI without understanding the use cases where AI should be used.

Oh, my bad! I just assumed your comments were meant for someone who actually cared. Clearly, you’re the expert on thriving in life while telling others to 'get a life.' Thanks for the career advice—I'll be sure to take my cues from you while you get back to whatever important work you pretend to do!

You've mistook my comments. I have zero concerns about your well being. Get a life, and get back to work.

The classic "I'm going to respond to criticism by making a passive-aggressive comment and then pretending to be concerned about the other person's well-being" move. How original.

So, let me get this straight: you're saying that I'm the one who's lying or exaggerating, but you're not actually addressing any of the points I made? That's some impressive deflection right there. It's like you're trying to say, "Hey, look over here! Don't pay attention to the fact that I'm not actually responding to the criticism, just focus on my clever insult!"

And wow, the "sounds like you're looking into a mirror" line is just so cliché. It's like you took a trip to the Passive-Aggressive Comment Generator website and clicked on the "Randomly Accuse Someone of Being Hypocritical" button.

As for your concern about my anger or fulfillment levels, thanks for your fake empathy. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact that you're trying to deflect attention from your own lack of substance in this conversation. But hey, since you asked so nicely, I'll have a virtual drink (or 3) and toast to your amazing ability to avoid actual discussion.

By the way, what's with the wink at the end? Are you trying to come across as charming or something? Newsflash: it doesn't work when you're being condescending and dismissive. It just makes you look like a try-hard who's desperate for attention.

So, keep on posting your shallow responses and pretending like you're somehow above the conversation. I'll just be over here, enjoying the spectacle of your attempted wit and substance-free commentary.

The point of this forum is to post what I posted.

"It's not like people would ever lie or exaggerate about something like that."

Sounds like you're looking into a mirror and you don't like what you see. Curious.

And you sound, angry. Unfulfilled maybe. Have a drink or 3. wink

I especially love how you're relying on the honor system to get accurate information. I mean, who needs actual data or credible sources when you can just ask a bunch of anonymous internet strangers to self-report their layoff status? It's not like people would ever lie or exaggerate about something like that.

So here's a suggestion: why don't you try actually doing some real research instead of just trolling for rumors and speculation? Like, I don't know, maybe try contacting Dell's HR department or looking up official statements from the company? But no, instead you'd rather just sit back and wait for random internet strangers to feed you tidbits of unverified information.
