Each attempt to discover a glimmer of hope seems to lead to further deterioration. Numerous high-ranking leaders have been dismissed, with their replacements emerging at an alarming rate. The only individuals remaining are those lacking integrity, self-respect, or ethical standards, who merely promote their sycophants.
The most significant failure among the former leaders is one who rarely appears in public, engages minimally in work, and shamelessly neglects to respond to emails, while allowing his feet lickers to manage operations, primarily focused on preserving their own positions. It is regrettable that such individuals are steering the company toward failure, and it may be too late for new leadership to recognize this reality. Those with genuine ambition are hastily departing.
The most troubling indication is the widespread awareness of unethical behavior, coupled with a pervasive silence.
