Can confirm. Thanks

Confirmed and it's been that way since we had to choose remote or hybrid during the last drill. If you are remote your career is on pause it dead.
Can also confirm. Top performer but no exceptions are being made for remote employees.
According to 'leader' training for this year's pay planning, remote workers are still eligible for merit increases and full IBP. Promotion restrictions vary by region.
SVP told me the next step is to require remotes to relocate by the end of the year or face termination. It’s all part of Bain’s master plan
I was curious about that "progression" term also, given it's part of annual pay planning. Does that mean no raise/RSU, etc?
The ambiguity is annoying. They should have had the exact policy available at the time of announcing this.
Another question I have is what is "near". The Q&A says that HR will automatically update anyone near an office from remote and hybrid to being on-site. If that's happening automatically, there must be an actual data point they are using to do this. Is it miles/KM from the office? By the crow, shortest route? If they know this number, then why not tell us what it is?
they mention not only "promotion" but "progression" as well. it is unclear if this means they're doing away with the regular salary increases if you're remote. does anyone have clarity?
it’s possible just requires VP and up approval
exceptions will always be made if you provide enough value
Not legal for Dell to do this in EMEA.
Discrimination.
Not old news completely. Previously, it was that you couldn't get promoted above the I8 level unless you went hybrid. Now, they have changed it to no remote workers can be promoted (regardless of level) unless you go back into the office.
Bro’s running Internet Explorer on our company updates smh
hi all - they make this clear in the FAQ linked at the bottom of Michael's email. Take a look. No promotions for anyone remote. All future roles for everyone - even remote - must be connected to a site.
I thought this was old news?
