CSM = Customer Success Managers.
I'm not part of that team but I heard a rumour from a friend inside that team.
We'll know soon if it's another unfounded rumour or not.

Best Practices for Letting Employees Go:

  1. Ensure Legal Compliance – Follow labor laws and company policies regarding layoffs or terminations.
  2. Have a Clear Reason – Performance issues, restructuring, or downsizing should be documented. Avoid discrimination of any kind.
  3. Schedule a Private Meeting – Show respect by delivering the news in a private, professional setting.
  4. Be Direct but Compassionate – Clearly explain the reason, offer support, and allow them to ask questions.
  5. Provide Severance & Resources – If applicable, offer severance pay, references, or job placement help.
  6. Keep It Confidential – Respect their privacy and communicate carefully with remaining staff.
