Thread regarding Omnissa layoffs

Omnissa Day 💩 show

The show last week continues and the lack of transparency stays.

Mrs Brarath still incompetent and unbelievable what he said about the failing vision of the autonomous workspace - self-configuring, self-healing, and self-securing, this is all self 💩, the example that self-healing now means drop support ticket just shows his incompetence to deliver innovation. None of this self 💩 exists and he changes the story now because he and his terrible direct report can’t deliver.

KKR watch out!!!!

KKR is money laundering machine backed by Chinese govt. KKR is trying hard to sell Omnissa....but there are no buyers.....till then KKR will reduce head counts. One fine day Omnissa will be vanished into thin air like Silicon Valley bank...wait and watch....

"the lack of transparency stays."

Shankar and his direct reports are consistent and transparent about being inept. While they withhold info about the financial viability of Omnissa, they are keen to share pointless updates that lack specificity that would give us some hope of a recovery.

They are trying to motivate people with talk talk talk, but instead just give raise to the good friends, don’t listen to employees complains, keep the old dinosaurs managers that doesn’t do anything meaningful and instead treat their direct reports like trash.

When HR will wake up? When KKR will take action?
