Payout on Feb 28th. Should know STIP value and merit increases between the 21st and 26th.
When is the STIP payout? Have heard very little this year regarding.
End of Feb I assume?
I think everybody should calm down and not worry about the stip or the numbers behind it…after all regardless of what may, Greg will get all of his money regardless. And I think we can all agree that’s the important thing.

Last I checked we're here for a paycheck not a charity you absolute goober. If you're not interested in the money I'll gladly take yours too. Maybe Greg will give you a gold star for being such a good boy instead of a STIP, how's that for adding shareholder value?

EBIDTA at 18.6 seems to be a beat, high target at 18. DCF at 12 billion on 2.18 B share would be a 5.5$/ share which was below the target.
