"Thanks Brian M."

I'm working on the plan on how this will be implemented, and trust me it was not Mr. Martinez's idea. This mandate came down from above. I'm sorry to confirm anyone left in Amer PS better brush up your resumes because many of you will be exiting soon.

It’s nothing new and been done at large tech companies for years as they turn down.

“…ramping up the partner community…”

Suuuuuuure they are.

Oh yes, they sure as he-l are. In fact they are meeting regularly with partners to discuss their headcount plans and to line up expanding partner capacity to (new & ongoing) projects.

“…ramping up the partner community…”

Suuuuuuure they are. By firing all the instructors, training content creators, and destroying user groups and ba----dizing the certification program.

What’s really happening is Broadcom is minimizing its own costs and putting everything on the partners. It’s free labor for them. And doing all of it while gouging customers on price. The plan is simply to make as much as possible before abandoning it all and moving on to the next acquisition to rinse and repeat.

If you get sold or transferred to a partner you don't get the 2 months of garden leave / WARN. You're considered to have kept your job.

The plan for Americas PSO is to transition PS delivery to partners, and to RIF approx. 20-25% of PSO headcount each quarter. I've seen the plan, it's pretty straightforward. Last calendar year Brian was given this directive and since then Russell's team has been ramping the partner community.

This has always been the plan… from the very beginning. Everyone should be numb now.. if it happens it happens, if it does not just carry on su-king at the rsu.

The transition to partners and customers shouldering all the burden while paying a premium to do so continues.
