We were told to be seated at least 5 minutes before tommy Millner arrived. Then we told to stand up and then clap when Mr. Millner was introduced as cabalas number one outfitter. I worked like many of my fellow employees at the distribution center for over 30 years. Our severance paid at Cabalas on some strange formula was capped at probably a rate close to a half year as the table cleaner at McDonalds. Mr Millner severance was probably set at the salary of probably the president vice president, probably half of the senate. Of course the distribution had no input on severance and Mr Millner and the director set the severance they wanted.lol. i do agree with Mr Millner he is indeed Cabelas number one outfitter. But he need to add to the fact HE IS THE MOST HATED CABLEAS EMPLOYEE BY FAR OF ANYONE. So this guy can do his self-promotion. BUT PLEASE DONT SPEAK FOR PEOPLE WHO HATE YOU WITH PASSION.

Tommy has destroyed every company that he has run. The guy was all about himself and couldn't care less about about the employees. He did all he could to take more and more benefits from us. F that little man.
