This place is a joke. Haymons is a fraud. Turner is a airhead. Baehman is a micromanaging nutcase. Every org is hoping Rittgars changes them out. No doubt Haymons needs to go ASAP.
It is not just Haymons. Agreed he is the catalyst, but the AVP's are riddled with issues as well...

Cricket really needs to get things in order. Real improvemets could be made if it weren’t for all the distractions and nonsense we have. One thing that stands out is why this behavior of Haymon's hasn't been dealt with. His arrogance and belief that he won’t face any consequences perpetuates this bullsh-t.

I have heard this multiple times. How is this not a Conflict of Interest?
Also, much higher ups have been shifted out for shady business with Vendors (i.e. Arnoldi shift to a different region). Why isn't Matt just moved to a place where he does not control budget? Although that still leaves problem he has sc--wing around with women reporting to him.

I doubt the AVP’s are involved. This is all Matty boy. Dude should be in jail with the sh-t he is pulling.
Haymons is poison. I’ve said it now for a few years. He was never qualified for the position that was, let’s be honest, handed to him by his buddy. He has even stated that he never interviewed for the position. It has been a failure, so he hides by blaming mishaps (his mishaps) on others. The mess that exists isn’t the fault of the other VP’s or even his AVP’s. It is also not the fault of those he has furloughed who know of his extra curricular “activities” with women and vendors. This is all his doing.
A toxic work environment doesn’t just affect an employee’s mental health; it ki-ls productivity, crushes passion, and turns even the most dedicated workers into people who just "get through the day" We might not speak about it, but we all carry the scars of our CIO's behavior. The power of his position shouldn’t come at the cost of our dignity. Most of us are just getting through the day now.

Angela needs to bring in her own set of VP’s starting with IT. Then she needs to evaluate the remaining 3 IT AVP’s. If they have signed off or supported in any way Matt’s agenda, they should go as well. This is the time to right all of his wrongs and boy there are many.
This has been circulating the 9th floor for a few days now. When shared with our IT colleagues, funny thing is they don’t defend or deny, but they are afraid to report. One woman in our group actually saw our CIO at a game and he was with Te Ma. Doesn’t this violate the bribery policy? Our IT counterparts are unanimous in the fact he’s pushing all business he can to Te Ma. They also confirm that they are awful to work with. Most of the time they are just sitting there on their cell phones or gathered in the stairwells or cafeteria.
We considered taking this to our VP. It’s bothersome with layoffs going on.
My long standing question has been why an Agile Coach/Scrum Master has constant 1:1 ‘s with the CIO? Every single day for many hours. They are like two puppies sniffing one another all day. Someone please make sense of it.
I will say this, I am close enough to confirm these things are true. People have been furloughed for raising questions about them.
