Michael I think maybe I'm in the lowest rank or level job in your company and I just LOVE working from home, I just wanted to tell you that your power is the people that work in your company, and if you give good conditions to your workers, it'll reflects on their outcome with YOUR clients( (because they buy yout produtcs ) , a lot of people don't want to be forced to go to office 5 days a week ( including me ) since it's the era we're in the future and AI era , the best you could have done is to keep it " flexible " to announce it'll be a free will if someone wants to go to site or work from home and you're not turning on what you have said before " work from home is here to stay ", Michael with my all due respect to you, but you have to review this.

Michael Dell here... you all need to grow up. Have i ever said that at Dell everyone gets a trophy and can work when and where they want? (psst... ya i know but i was high when i said it so it doesn't count). You all are still getting paid correct? Shut your hole and be thankful. Many others are out there wishing they were in your place still getting paid.

- Withholding information
- Negative performance narrative
- Fluctuating expectations
- Invalidation
- Professional exclusion
- Inconsistent application of rules
- Employee blaming

though the more times his name is mentioned, the more this bad press would show up in internet searches. If you want it to hurt, you have to portray a bad message so the next generation won't want to work here.
Also it seems now when Michael opens his mouth in public, the share price goes down. The board won't stand for this much longer
