Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

Michael Dell is Gaslighting and its time to share info with shareholders

All investors should remain vigilant and ask, "Why?" The email from the MD about full RTO lacks any rationale or justification. Mandating five days a week in the office is not only inefficient and costly but also increases the risk of knowledge leaks.

We all know that senior talent is the first to leave—they have options and aren’t afraid to move on. I also wonder why Jeff is still with the company. He’s clearly burnt out, unproductive, and devoid of new ideas, merely coasting on inertia.

I hope 2025 will be about the L2 layoffs.

Senior leadership definitely needs to go. However our team has already lost a significant amount of L2s and we have no one that fills the knowledge gap created by this. If we're on a zoom with a customer experiencing an emergency and need L2 help we often have to wait multiple hours to get that help.

Jeff Clarke has to go.

Michael will go down with the ship because his ego is too big.

He thinks he's in the pantheon of the other Broligarchs.

L2 layoffs as well as senior leadership. Time to clean house from the top down. Get rid of worthless executives and their bo--y kissing buddies.
