This is a new lawsuit filed by shareholders in the Northern District of Illinois Federal Court on Jan 30th accusing Walgreens of falsely boosting the bottomline with opi--d sales.

To the id--t @a4+1jjzgyqqx who stated that there have been 100 mentions of this in this forum.... this post is the first time this specific lawsuit is mentioned here. Be careful of drinking too much Walgreens kool-aid. You will die choking.

And they keep lying. Walgreens numbers from the current CEO is a big lie. The current CFO is his student. They lie, their numbers is just a big lie

Not surprising. As an employee, Walgreens always seemed shady to me. Not forthcoming with its employees or customers.
