Taking a package was the best thing I ever did in hindsight. The leadership in EMEA is just a big bunch of cu-ts openly practicing nepotism. Dell isn’t about keeping talent. It’s about managed decline while still lining one’s pockets. It’s fine if you’re at the top table, for the foot soldiers though… be careful you don’t put yourself out of job market favouritism by having only Dell on your CV.

Getting WFR by Dell was the best thing that has happened to me in years. It’s not a good place to be.
If I tell you I am in CFG , does that make you feel better? People don't want to mention org here because they don't like to be recognized.

In 2022, my mamager told me our team was safe. Then he went out for vacation.
But it turn out, he and my most of teammate were laidoff.
Sometime your boss was on the list and he didn't know
