Canada ships oil via pipeline to Midwest refineries in KY,MI,KS,ID,IL,IA,MN,MO,NE,ND,OH,SD,WI and PN. So Yes even at 10% tariff a could be interesting.
first no tariffs on Canadian oil imports to USA then 10% on feb. 1, scheduled to raise higher by middle of feb. hard to keep up with all the changes. looks like a rough ride for employment in both countries.
