I encourage everyone to review their W-2 information and reach out to Corporate Payroll to make any changes. In my case, Optum/UHG had my taxable wages and tax withholdings completely wrong!!!!

My box 5 information is wrong and when I opened HR case they keep closing without doing any thing
How can you tell that they're wrong?
Several years ago mine were completely wrong, also. It cost me $10,000 with the IRS. They did nothing about it.
mine were wrong as well is there anything we can do?
I noticed mine was wrong, too! I didn’t request any changes to be made.
