People leaving this dumpster fire isn't shocking at this stage after everything that has occurred/occurring with the company. Top talent knows what they bring to the table and aren't willing or wanting to stick around for this company anymore. Many top performers, managers, and even normal employees who aren't in a leadership position have left and continue to leave. They know they deserve better and are finding it with other employment opportunities.
