It's at least the 6th RTO change at Dell - starting with "remote work is great' and ending with "get into the office now."

Senior execs gladly rode WFH through the pandemic and cashed in their stock millions (while the rest of us got raises well below cost of living and small percent bonus kickers). Now that they got paid, employees can fu-k off.

I can see dell implementing a cubicle time-share program. Those employees who want dedicated spaces can rent it. Deductions taken from pay cheque

cafe options subject to increased prices. Dell working with vendors to get 30% of food/beverage purchases.
