Does anyone have more details about the 5-day-a-week policy for phase 2 countries?
Phase 2 hasn’t gone through the same process as other countries—we never had to choose between remote or hybrid. I’m wondering if this will also start for us in March or if it might be postponed.
The way this company operates, there won't be any offices left in phase 2 countries.
All FAQ and policy documents state Phase 2 is excluded so for now no change - but no idea when and what will be implemented there.
It is difficult to speculate on what will come as many Phase 2 countries have separate legal frameworks for labour laws. Perhaps this is the reason for delay if they want to do it at one time.
