Stop the nonsense about trying to get you to quit... they genuinely believe that this is the best way to improve productivity and moral. Following Amazon's and others lead.
They’re not going to give you WFR severance. They’re just to squeeze and squeeze until you quit.
They don’t want to offer WFR. That’s why they are doing all of this.
