I want the F out. Been applying and interviewing a lot. How are we supposed to set up interviews if we have sit like fools in the office? They want us out, I want out, but they are making it harder for that to happen

A lot of interviews are by phone and zoom. Go into one of those tiny conference rooms and shut the door or even better, take it from a desk out in the open.
You guys know they will know who is actually spending time in the office, right?
Your onsite network usage will be accounted for.
Gonna have to coffee badge or use that PWT.
Badge in early morning and go home by 10am. You get the rest of the day to interview. RTO email states that only badge in counts.
I myself will just coffee swipe until my manager ( who doesn't even live in the same country lolol ) says he has a problem.
