Hmm so it's basically all hybrid + remote living roughly an hour's away from office expected to be in office 5 days. Badge swiping changes from color coding to just counting numbers. Violation of this is basically grounds for disciplinary action unless worked out with manager.
A lot of this seems to be based on how your leader ( manager ) thinks of you. For remotes who are far away from Dell office you'll be remote except when you try to get promoted, ELT, SVP, and freaking Jeff Clarke ( COO ) has to sign off on your promotion.
As for office space - that's been worked out apparently. For now we just share spaces. I personally use the conference rooms and go in early at 7am. Easy to just get in and shut yourself off. I don't stay for too long so I exit out of there to allow multiple people to use it.
As for time inside the office - You don't have to be there 8 hours.
Badging OUT is not implemented.
All the details can be found by clicking the FAQ link on Michael Dell's email. It's the last sentence of the email.
Interesting. I'll have to chat with my manager who actually lives in another state. Ive never met him to this day. He's pretty chill but let's see.
